Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Bernard Wilkes Ribault River Bridge designated; 11
Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.— 12
(1) The bridge on Moncrief Road West over the Ribault 13
River in Duval County is designated as "Bernard Wilkes Ribault 14
River Bridge." 15
(2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 16
suitable markers designating Bernard Wilkes Ribault River Bridge 17
as described in subsection (1). 18
Section 2. Dickey Betts Memorial Highway designated; 19
Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.— 20
