Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Section 381.993, Florida Statutes, is created 10
to read: 11
381.993 Sale and purchase of ivermectin.— 12
(1) As used in this section, the term "over-the-counter 13
medication" means a medication that may be legally sold and 14
purchased without a prescription or consultation with a health 15
care provider. 16
(2) Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, ivermectin 17
suitable for human use may be sold and purchased as an over-the-18
counter medication in this state. 19
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2026. 20
