Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 13

Section 1. (1) Each state university board of trustees, 15
in exercising its authority delegated by the Board of Governors 16
of the State University System, shall redesignate the following 17
roadways or portions of roadways, as applicable: 18
(a) The University of South Florida board of trustees 19
shall redesignate USF Alumni Drive as Charlie James Kirk Drive. 20
(b) The University of Central Florida board of trustees 21
shall redesignate Gemini Boulevard South as Charlie James Kirk 22
Boulevard. 23
(c) The Florida State University shall redesignate 24
Chieftain Way as Charlie James Kirk Road. 25

(aa) Tallahassee State College shall redesignate Progress 103
Drive as Charlie James Kirk Drive. 104
(bb) Valencia College shall redesignate Valencia College 105
Drive as Charlie James Kirk Drive. 106
(3) State funds shall be withheld from any state 107
university or Florida College System institution whose board of 108
trustees fails to redesignate the roadway or portion of a 109
roadway listed in subsections (1) and (2), respectively, within 110
90 days after the effective date of this act. 111
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 112
