Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Transportation facility designations; 11
Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.— 12
(1) That portion of U.S. 90 in Baker County between N. 3rd 13
Street and the Nassau County line is designated as "State 14
Representative/Circuit Judge Hon. John J. Crews, Jr., Memorial 15
Highway." 16
(2) That portion of S.R. 295/Navy Boulevard between Duncan 17
Road and S.R. 292/Gulf Beach Highway in Escambia County is 18
designated as "Warrior Sacrifice Way." 19
(3) The bridge on Moncrief Road West over the Ribault 20
River in Duval County is designated as "Bernard Wilkes Ribault 21
River Bridge." 22
(4) That portion of U.S. 41 between North Creek and 23
Blackburn Point Road in Sarasota County is designated as "Dickey 24
Betts Memorial Highway." 25

(5) That portion of S.R. 5/U.S. 1 between N.E. 38th Street 26
and E. Commercial Boulevard in Broward County is designated as 27
"Phil Smith Memorial Highway." 28
(6) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 29
suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as 30
described in this section. 31
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2026. 32
