An act relating to salaries of the clerks of the 2
circuit court, county comptrollers, and supervisors of 3
elections; amending ss. 145.051 and 145.09, F.S.; 4
increasing the base salaries of clerks of the circuit 5
court, county comptrollers, and supervisors of 6
elections; providing an effective date. 7

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Subsection (1) of section 145.051, Florida 11
Statutes, is amended to read: 12
145.051 Clerk of circuit court; county comptroller.— 13
(1) Each clerk of the circuit court and each county 14
comptroller shall receive as salary the amount indicated, based 15
on the population of his or her county. In addition, a 16
compensation shall be made for population increments over the 17
minimum for each population group, which shall be determined by 18
multiplying the population in excess of the minimum for the 19
group times the group rate. 20

(1) Each supervisor of elections shall receive as salary 33
