Sunset Review Act; amending s. 288.075, F.S., which 3
provides an exemption from public record requirements 4

development agency; removing the scheduled repeal of 6
the exemption; providing an effective date. 7

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subsection (7) of section 11
288.075, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 12
288.075 Confidentiality of records.— 13
(7) LOAN PROGRAMS.— 14
(c) This subsection is subject to the Open Government 15
Sunset Review Act in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand 16
repealed on October 2, 2026, unless reviewed and saved from 17
repeal through reenactment by the Legislature. 18
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 19
