339.08(4), 455.213(16), 553.80(8), 1004.6495(10), 5
1008.22(14), 1008.34(7), and 1008.341(7), F.S., to 6
delete provisions which have become inoperative by 7
noncurrent repeal or expiration and, pursuant to s. 8
11.242(5)(b) and (i), F.S., may be omitted from the 9
2026 Florida Statutes only through a reviser's bill 10
duly enacted by the Legislature; providing an 11
effective date. 12

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 14

Section 1. Section 28.2225, Florida Statutes, is repealed. 16
Reviser's note.—The cited section, which relates to a pilot 17
program for title fraud prevention through identity 18
verification, was repealed pursuant to its own terms, 19
effective July 1, 2025. 20
Section 2. Section 39.4093, Florida Statutes, is repealed. 21
Reviser's note.—The cited section, which relates to the Task 22
Force on the Monitoring of Children in Out-of-Home Care, 23
was repealed pursuant to its own terms, effective June 30, 24

Section 3. Paragraph (d) of subsection (4) of section 26
112.061, Florida Statutes, is repealed. 27
Reviser's note.—The cited paragraph, which relates to an 28
official headquarters for a Lieutenant Governor for conduct 29
of state business, expired pursuant to its own terms, 30
effective July 1, 2025. 31
Section 4. Section 250.245, Florida Statutes, is repealed. 32
Reviser's note.—The cited section, which relates to the Florida 33
National Guard Joint Enlistment Enhancement Program, 34
expired pursuant to its own terms, effective July 1, 2025. 35
Section 5. Section 288.8165, Florida Statutes, is 36
repealed. 37
Reviser's note.—The cited section, which relates to citizen 38
support organizations to provide assistance, funding, and 39
promotional support for the intergovernmental programs of 40
the Department of State, was repealed pursuant to its own 41
terms, effective October 1, 2025. 42
Section 6. Section 316.5501, Florida Statutes, is 43
repealed. 44
Reviser's note.—The cited section, which relates to a permitting 45
program for combination truck tractor, semitrailer, and 46
trailer combination coupled as a single unit subject to 47
certain requirements, automatically expired pursuant to its 48
own terms, effective January 1, 2025, unless reauthorized 49
by the Legislature; the program was not reauthorized. 50

Section 7. Subsection (4) of section 320.08053, Florida 51
Statutes, is repealed. 52
Reviser's note.—The cited subsection, which relates to extension 53
of the presale period for the Florida State Beekeepers 54
Association specialty license plate for an additional 12 55
months, expired pursuant to its own terms, effective July 56
1, 2025. 57
Section 8. Paragraph (b) of subsection (3) and subsection 58
(5) of section 321.04, Florida Statutes, are repealed. 59
Reviser's note.—Paragraph (3)(b), which relates to assignment of 60
one or more patrol officers to the office of the Lieutenant 61
Governor for security services for the 2024-2025 fiscal 62
year only, and subsection (5), which relates to assignment 63
of a patrol officer to a Cabinet member under specified 64
circumstances for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, expired 65
pursuant to their own terms, effective July 1, 2025. 66
Section 9. Subsection (4) of section 339.08, Florida 67
Statutes, is repealed. 68
Reviser's note.—The cited subsection, which relates to 69
appropriation of funds, for the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 70
fiscal years only, to the State Transportation Trust Fund 71
from the General Revenue Fund and the Discretionary Sales 72
Surtax Clearing Trust Fund as provided in the General 73
Appropriations Act, expired pursuant to its own terms, 74
effective July 1, 2025. 75

Section 10. Subsection (16) of section 455.213, Florida 76
Statutes, is repealed. 77
Reviser's note.—The cited subsection, which waives 50 percent of 78
the initial licensing fee for an applicant applying for an 79
initial license for a profession under chapter 455 for the 80
2023-2024 and 2024-2025 fiscal years, expired pursuant to 81
its own terms, effective July 1, 2025. 82
Section 11. Subsection (8) of section 553.80, Florida 83
Statutes, is repealed. 84
Reviser's note.—The cited subsection, which prohibits raising 85
building inspection fees by local governments located in 86
areas designated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency 87
disaster declarations for Hurricane Ian or Hurricane Nicole 88
before October 1, 2024, expired pursuant to its own terms, 89
effective June 30, 2025. 90
Section 12. Subsection (10) of section 1004.6495, Florida 91
Statutes, is repealed. 92
Reviser's note.—The cited subsection, which requires 93
establishment, no later than August 31, 2024, by the Board 94
of Governors and the State Board of Education, in 95
consultation with the Florida Center for Students with 96
Unique Abilities, of a state Classification of Instruction 97
Program code for Florida Postsecondary Comprehensive 98
Transition Programs established pursuant to the section, 99
expired pursuant to its own terms, effective July 1, 2025. 100

Section 13. Subsection (14) of section 1008.22, Florida 101
Statutes, is repealed. 102
Reviser's note.—The cited subsection, which relates to an 103
independent review and recommendations relating to the 104
coordinated screening and progress monitoring system under 105
s. 1008.25(9), was repealed pursuant to its own terms, 106
effective July 1, 2025. 107
Section 14. Subsection (7) of section 1008.34, Florida 108
Statutes, is repealed. 109
Reviser's note.—The cited subsection, which relates to providing 110
a transition and requirements for calculation of school and 111
district grades for the 2022-2023 school year, exempting 112
certain schools from specified provisions, and requirements 113
for determining grade 3 retention and high school 114
graduation for the school year, was repealed pursuant to 115
its own terms, effective July 1, 2025. 116
Section 15. Subsection (7) of section 1008.341, Florida 117
Statutes, is repealed. 118
Reviser's note.—The cited subsection, which provides that school 119
improvement ratings will not be calculated for the 2022-120
2023 school year, and that the State Board of Education 121
shall set a specified scale of ratings pursuant to rule 122
upon the availability of learning gains data in the 2023-123
2024 school year, was repealed pursuant to its own terms, 124
effective July 1, 2025. 125

Section 16. This act shall take effect on the 60th day 126
after adjournment sine die of the session of the Legislature in 127
which enacted. 128
