9 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11 Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section
12 1003.42, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
13 1003.42 Required instruction.—
14 (1)
15 (b) All materials used to teach reproductive health or any
16 disease, including HIV/AIDS, its symptoms, development, and
17 treatment, as part of the courses referenced in subsection (5),
18 must be approved
