RELATING TO THE SMALL BUSINESS REGULATORY REVIEW BOARD.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1.

Section
201M-5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is amended by amending subsection (d) to read
as follows:
