Plain English: This amendment provides funding for salary adjustments and other cost items negotiated between the State and Bargaining Unit (11) for fiscal years 2025-2027, but specifies that no funds are allocated.

  • The amendment allocates zero dollars from general, special, federal, or other funds to cover salary increases and cost adjustments for members of Bargaining Unit (11) and their excluded counterparts in fiscal biennium 2025-2027.
  • The amendment does not provide specific details on how the costs will be covered if no funds are allocated.
  • The effective date of July 1, 3000, is likely a placeholder and needs clarification.
