Hawaii published version HD1

Plain English: This amendment adds a new exemption to school impact fees for housing developed by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands.

  • Adds an exemption (subsection (6)) for any form of housing developed by the department of Hawaiian home lands for use by beneficiaries of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920.
