Amendments

Hawaii published version HD1
Plain English: This amendment provides funding to expand the sewer network in the Keaukaha homestead area near Hilo, Hawaii.
- Appropriates funds from state general revenues for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to expand the sewer system within the Keaukaha homestead in Hilo.
- The effective date of July 1, 3000 is likely a placeholder or error since it is far into the future and does not make practical sense for an immediate project.
