RESOLUTION

relating to recess days for the regular session of 2026

BE IT
RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Thirty-third Legislature of the
State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2026, the Senate concurring, that pursuant
to article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the
mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2026 are hereby determined to be the
26th and 27th days of February and the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of March, on
which dates the Regular Session of 2026 shall be recessed; and

BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED that pursuant to article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State
Constitution, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory
recess for the Regular Session of 2026 are hereby determined to be the 27th and
29th days of January, the 9th, 11th, and 27th days of March, the 13th and 15th
days of April, and the 4th, 5th, and 7th days of May, on which dates the
Regular Session of 2026 shall be recessed.
