SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 405/405-541 new

Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil
Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Central
Management Services shall compile a list of nonprofit businesses that
employ persons with developmental disabilities. Provides that the list
shall be accessible to State agencies so that the agencies may make those
businesses aware of procurement opportunities with the State.

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5.
The Department of Central Management Services

Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by

adding Section 405-541 as follows:

Sec. 405-541.
Nonprofit business list.
The Department of

Central Management Services shall compile a list of nonprofit

businesses that employ persons with developmental

disabilities. The list shall be accessible to State agencies

so that the agencies may make those businesses aware of
