Provides that quick-take powers may be used by the Village of Oak Park for a period of 2 years after the effective date of the amendatory Act for the acquisition of specified properties in Cook County for the purpose of a public building and facility. Repeals the provisions added by the amendatory Act 3 years after the effective date. Effective immediately. The Eminent Domain Act is amended by adding 5 Section 25-5-145 as follows: 6 (735 ILCS 30/25-5-145 new) 7 Sec. 25-5-145.
