SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the
Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2026, as follows:

Other State Funds

$13,013,300

AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

Section 5.
The following named amounts, or so much thereof

as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the

Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum for ordinary
8
and contingent expenses including grants:

Payable from the General Revenue Fund

Payable from the Presidential Library

and Museum Operating Fund

3,900,000

Payable from the Tourism Promotion Fund

7,113,300

Section 10.
The amount of $2,000,000, or so much thereof

as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Presidential

Library and Museum Operating Fund to the Abraham Lincoln

Presidential Library and Museum for the expenditure of awards
17
received to support the operations and programming of the

Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum.

Section 99.
Effective date.
This Act takes effect July 1,

2026.
