SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

30 ILCS 105/8.57

Amends the State Finance Act. Repeals provisions requiring transfers
to the Budget Reserve for Immediate Disbursements and Governmental
Emergencies Fund from the State Pheasant Fund, the State Migratory
Waterfowl Stamp Fund, the Fish and Wildlife Endowment Fund, and the
Illinois Habitat Fund.

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5.
The State Finance Act is amended by changing
5
Section 8.57 as follows:

(30 ILCS 105/8.57)

Sec. 8.57.
Transfers to the BRIDGE Fund.
Notwithstanding
8
any other State law to the contrary, on the effective date this
9
amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly or as soon
10
thereafter as is practical, but in no circumstance later than
11
July 31, 2025, the State Comptroller shall direct and the
12
State Treasurer shall transfer the following amounts from the
13
funds specified to the Budget Reserve for Immediate
14
Disbursements and Governmental Emergencies Fund:
