AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5.
The State Parks Designation Act is amended by
5
adding Section 3.9 as follows:

(20 ILCS 840/3.9 new)
7

Sec. 3.9.
Senator Scott Bennett Memorial Bridge at
8
Kickapoo State Recreation Area.
The railroad trestle bridge
9
that is part of the Kickapoo Rail Trail and that is located at
10
the Kickapoo State Recreation Area in Vermilion County shall
11
be known as the Senator Scott Bennett Memorial Bridge. Subject
12
to appropriation, appropriate plaques may be erected by the
13
Department of Natural Resources in recognition of the Senator
14
Scott Bennett Memorial Bridge.
