Effective July 1, 2026. LRB104 19762 LNS 33212 b SB2975 LRB104 19762 LNS 33212 b 1 AN ACT concerning appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much of 5 those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, for the 6 objects and purposes hereinafter named and not, under any 7 circumstances, for personal services expenditures or other 8 operational or administrative costs, are appropriated to the 9 State Board of Education: 10 From the General Revenue Fund: 11 For disabled student transportation 12 reimbursement ................................ $584,684,900 13 For disabled student tuition, private tuition, 14 including prior year costs ................... $224,990,000 15 From the Education Assistance Fund: 16 For transportation-regular/vocational common 17 school transportation reimbursement, Section 18 29-5 of the School Code ...................... $402,000,000 19 Section 99.
