SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

10 ILCS 5/1A-55

Amends the Election Code. In provisions concerning cybersecurity
efforts, modifies the amendatory changes made by Public Act 100-587 to
conform with the amendatory changes made by Public Act 100-623. Makes
technical changes.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

The Election Code is amended by changing

Section 1A-55 as follows:

Cybersecurity

Cyber security
efforts.

Board
of Elections
shall
adopt rules
