The sum of $10,000,000, or so much of that 5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General 6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the 7 Housing is Recovery Program to support rental assistance for 8 individuals with mental health and substance use challenges 9 who are experiencing homelessness. 10 Section 99.
