AN ACT concerning property.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5.
Upon the payment of the sum of $1.00 to the
5
State of Illinois, the Director of Natural Resources is
6
authorized to convey a nonexclusive easement to Nancy J. and
7
Robert D. Moore, co-trustees of the Dean Moore Family Trust,
8
and their successors or assigns, more particularly described
9
as follows:

A 25-FT WIDE INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS PART
11

OF THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 13,

TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST OF THE 4TH PRINCIPAL
13

MERIDIAN; THE CENTERLINE OF SAID EASEMENT IS MORE

OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER AND THE SOUTH LINE OF THE

NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 13.

THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE HAVING AN AREA OF 0.82
19

ACRES, MORE OR LESS.

Section 10.
The conveyance of the easement authorized by
21
Section 5 is made subject to: (1) existing public utilities,
22
existing public roads, and any and all reservations,
23
easements, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions of record;
24
(2) the entering into of a shared maintenance agreement for
25
the land listed in Section 5 that is the subject of the

easement between the Department of Natural Resources and Nancy
2
J. and Robert D. Moore, co-trustees of the Dean Moore Family
3
Trust, and their successors or assigns; and (3) the express
4
condition that if either the Department of Natural Resources
5
or Nancy J. and Robert D. Moore, co-trustees of the Dean Moore
6
Family Trust, and their successors or assigns, ceases to have
7
a shared maintenance agreement for the land that is the
8
subject of the easement in Section 5, the easement
9
automatically terminates and the land reverts to the State of
10
Illinois, Department of Natural Resources.

11

Section 15.
The Director of Natural Resources shall obtain
12
a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after the Act
13
becomes law and record the Act in the Recorder's Office of Knox
14
County, Illinois after the Department of Natural Resources and
15
Nancy J. and Robert D. Moore have entered into a shared
16
maintenance agreement as required in Section 10.

17

Section 99.
Effective date.
This Act takes effect upon
18
becoming law.
