Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

Section 1.
"AN ACT concerning appropriations", Public Act
6
104-0003, approved June 16, 2025, is amended by adding Section
7
430 of Article 45 as follows:

(P.A. 104-0003, Article 45, Section 430 new)

Sec 430.
The sum of $2,000,000, or so much thereof as may
10
be necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
11
the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a
12
grant to Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning for costs
13
associated with operational expenses.
