Sims, Jr. SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED: Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Executive Ethics Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, as follows: General Funds $12,234,200 Other State Funds $3,293,400 Total $15,527,600 OMB104 00223 LAH 10223 b SB4118 OMB104 00223 LAH 10223 b 1 AN ACT concerning appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 ARTICLE 1 5 Section 5. The amount of $12,234,200, or so much thereof 6 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 7 Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and 8 contingent expenses. 9 Section 10. The amount of $1,143,900, or so much thereof 10 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the 11 Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent 12 expenses. 13 Section 15. The amount of $1,164,500, or so much thereof 14 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital 15 Development Board Revolving Fund to the Executive Ethics 16 Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses. 17 Section 20. The amount of $985,000, or so much thereof as 18 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Professional 19 Services Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its 20 ordinary and contingent expenses.
