survive)

provides

that

survive

brought

amends

the

Code

section

to

specifically

for

the

purposes

of

the

survival

bringing

of

a

cause

action

wrongful

unborn

child,

“person”

includes

the

unborn

child.

bill

defines

“unborn

child”

as

an

individual

organism

of

the

species

homo

sapiens

from

fertilization

live

birth.
