amended

to

read

Headlamps

on

motor

vehicles.

Every

A

motor

vehicle

other

than

a

motorcycle,

motorized

bicycle,

or

all-terrain

vehicle

shall

be

equipped

with

at

least

5

two

headlamps

with

at

least

one

on

each

side

of

the

front

6

of

the

motor

vehicle,

which

headlamps

shall

comply

with

the

7

requirements

and

limitations

set

forth

in

this

chapter

.

A

headlamp

shall

not

display

light

that

is

a

color

other

than

white.

color

prohibits

a

motor

vehicle

from

being

equipped

with

headlamps

or

auxiliary

driving

lamps

that

display

light

that

is

color

other

than

violates

Code

commits

a

simple

misdemeanor

punishable

by

a

$45

scheduled

fine.

The

bill

does

not

affect

the

color

requirements

for

lamps

under
