SUBPOENAS.

1.

The

supreme

court

shall

revise

rule

of

criminal

procedure

3

to

provide

that

any

subpoena

issued

to

a

law

enforcement

officer

to

compel

attendance

at

a

hearing

or

trial

must

contain

all

of

the

following

information:

a.

The

date

and

time

of

the

arrest.

b.

The

citation

number,

if

applicable.

c.

The

court

case

number,

if

applicable.

d.

The

name

of

the

defendant.

e.

The

charges

against

the

defendant.

f.

The

date,

time,

and

location

of

trial.

A

law

enforcement

officer

shall

be

given

a

minimum

days’

notice

before

following

of

the

arrest;

the

number,

if

applicable;

the

court

case

number,

if

applicable;

the

name

of

the

defendant;

the

charges

the

defendant;

and

the

The

bill

requires

a

officer
