Section

16.2,

subsection

2,

Code

2026,

is

amended

education

the

board’s

control

full-time

student

standing

at

graduate

undergraduate

level,

term

member

shall

continue

in

effect.

three

members

of

the

board

shall

begin

investment

board

of

the

Iowa

public

employees’

retirement

system,

state

board

of

education,

and

31

state

board

of

regents

from

six

years

to

four

years.

This

change

in

terms

of

service

applies

to

members

appointed

on

or

33

after

July

1,

2026.
