this

section:

“Child

care”

means

the

same

as

defined

in

237A.1.

“Child

care

assistance

program”

means

the

state

child

assistance

program

established

“Foster

child”

means

a

child

receiving

child

foster

care

as

that

term

is

defined

in

section

237.1.

The

department

shall

amend

the

department’s

administrative

rules

pursuant

to

chapter

to

require

the

department

to

pay

for

care

provided

to

a

the
