child

in

the

preschool

who

does

not

satisfy

the

however,

the

funding

of

the

calendar

during

which

school

year

begins.

However,

if

a

child

enrolled

in

the

preschool

program

has

been

counted

for

state

funding

purposes

this

Code

chapter

for

a

year,

the

not

be

counted

for

state

funding

purposes.
