incentive

fund

appropriated

to

DE

for

purposes

of

distributing

grants

to

school

districts

for

the

establishment

of

therapeutic

classrooms

for

learners

ages

to

whose

emotional,

social,

or

behavioral

needs

interfere

with

their

ability

to

be

successful

in

their

current

educational

environments.
