read

as

follows:

Sell

or

dispense

any

alcoholic

beverage

on

the

premises

covered

by

the

license,

or

permit

its

consumption

thereon

between

the

hours

of

2:00

a.m.

and

6:00

a.m.

on

any

day

of

the

week.

This

subparagraph

does

not

apply

at

a

commercial

service

airport.

this

paragraph,

means

the

same

as

defined

in

U.S.C.
