28

and

DE’s

29

The

bill

requires

DE

to

publish

that

satisfy

31

DE’s

The

The

bill

requires

that

the

state

cost

of

20

any

included

in

the

bill

be

paid

by

a

school

21

district

from

state

school

foundation

aid

received

by

the

22

school

district

under

Code

section

is

deemed

to

constitute

state

compliance

with

any

state

mandate

24

funding-related

requirements

of

Code

section

25B.2.

The

25

inclusion

of

this

specification

is

intended

to

reinstate

the

26

requirement

of

political

subdivisions

to

comply

with

any
