member

officer

and

two

additional

officers

are

designated

to

replace

two

residents

of

the

state.

The

bill

provides

that

one

member

shall

be

a

police

officer

who

is

a

member

of

a

police

department

of

a

city

with

a

population

of

5,000

persons

or

more,

and

one

member

shall

be

a

police

officer

who

is

a

member

of

a

police

department

of

a

city

with

a

population

of

less

than

5,000

persons.
