compliance

with

the

department’s

performance

measures.

This

bill

relates

to

library

services

provided

by

the

department

of

administrative

services

(DAS).

The

bill

eliminates

the

requirement

that

the

state

librarian

submit

a

biennial

report

to

the

governor

on

the

activities

of

DAS

relating

to

library

services.

As

the

eliminated

provision

34

contains

the

only

biennial

report

in

the

Code

for

the

state

the

bill

also

strikes

a

corresponding

provision

applying

general

biennial

reporting

requirements

to

the

state

Code

DAS

its

agency

strategic

plan

and

operational

plan.

DAS

plan

service

and

delivery
