property

may

at

any

time

take

an

otter

on

the

owner’s

property,

subject

to

the

prohibitions

provided

in

sections

481A.91

and

481A.92.

bill

relates

to

taking

otters

on

one’s

own

property.

bill

allows

a

property

owner

to

take

an

otter

on

the

owner’s

property

at

any

time

subject

to

certain

limitations.

prohibits

a

property

owner

from

using

a

shotgun

or

spear

to

kill

an

otter

and

provides

limitations

on

methods

of

trapping

an

otter.
