caucus

a

person

a

of

the

precinct

caucus.

The

bill

repeals

provisions

allowing

a

registered

voter

to

change

or

declare

a

political

party

affiliation

on

the

30

day

of

a

primary

election

or

by

submitting

an

absentee

ballot
