The
inclusion

this
explanation
does

constitute
agreement
with

the

This
bill
relates
to
limitations
on
the
sale
and
regulation

of
consumer
fireworks.

The
bill
allows
for
consumer
fireworks
to
be
sold
from
a
29
permanent
structure
at
any
time
throughout
the
year.
Current
30
law
prohibits
the
sale
of
fireworks
from
a
permanent
structure
31
on
dates
other
than
between
June
1
and
July
8
and
between
32
December
10
and
January
3.
The
bill
does
not
amend
the
current
33
restriction
on
the
sale
of
fireworks
from
a
temporary
structure

(June
13
to
July
8).

of

the

of
consumer
