bill
amends

trafficking;

targeted

trafficking;

or
agent
posing
as

a
person
subjected
to

for

trafficking.
A

person
who
commits
human
trafficking
is
guilty
of
penalties

ranging
from
a
class
“D”
felony
to
a
class
“A”
felony
depending

on
the
conduct
involved.
