applicant

schools

demonstrated

a

commitment

to

supporting

military-connected

students

and

the

families

of

such

students

with

the

goal

of

increasing

the

amount

of

support

that

schools

in

this

state

make

available

to

military-connected

students

and

the

families

of

such

students.

EXPLANATION

inclusion

this

does
