this

removes

the

requirement

that

order

for

a

qualified

veterans

organization

to

conduct

a

card

game

tournament,

every

participant

must

be

given

the

same

chance

of

winning

the

tournament

and

the

organization

must

not

allow

any

second

chance

entries

or

multiple

entries

in

the

tournament.

A

qualified

organization

representing

veterans

is

a

post,

branch,

11

or

chapter

of

a

national

association

of

veterans

of

the

armed

12

forces

of

the

United

States

which

is

a

federally

chartered

13

corporation,

dedicates

the

net

receipts

of

a

game

of

skill,

14

game

of

chance,

or

raffle

as

provided

in

Code

section

99B.14,

15

and

is

exempt

from

federal

income

taxation.
