striking

the

paragraph.

read

as

follows:

date

of

and

telephone

number.

state

consistent

with

provisions

chapter

new

cannabidiol

dispensaries

or

relicense

the

existing

cannabidiol

dispensaries

by

December

1

of

each

year.
