Easterseals
Iowa

founded

1926
with

all
Iowans
with
disabilities;
and

WHEREAS,
since
its
founding,
Easterseals
Iowa
has

worked
tirelessly
to
remove
barriers,
expand
access,
7
and
empower
people
of
all
abilities
to
live
full
and
8
meaningful
lives;
and
9
WHEREAS,
the
dedicated
team
members,
volunteers,
10
board
members,
donors,
partners,
and
advocates
of
11
Easterseals
Iowa
have
contributed
immeasurably
to
its
12
mission,
offering
compassion,
expertise,
and
unwavering
13
support
to
countless
individuals
and
families
across
14
generations;
and

WHEREAS,
Easterseals
Iowa
has
grown
from
its
early

beginnings
into
a
trusted
statewide
leader
through

providing
innovative
programs,
person-centered
care,

education,
advocacy,
and
resources
that
strengthen
Iowa

communities;
and

WHEREAS,
the
century-long
legacy
of
Easterseals
Iowa

not

remarkable
service
