Code

2025,

is

amended

by

adding

the

following

new

subsection:

eligible

children

parent

eligible

for

CCA

irrespective

of

other

eligibility

requirements.

The

bill

prohibits

the

department

of

health

and

human

services

from

applying

waiting

list

requirements

to

the

children

for

the

purposes

of

CCA.
