is

amended

by

adding

the

following

new

subsection:

automatically

be

eligible

for

eligibility

children

a

minor

care

assistance

(CCA)

program.

bill

allows

the

children

of

at

least

one

minor

parent

to

be

automatically

eligible

for

CCA

irrespective

of

other

eligibility

requirements.

The

bill

prohibits

the

department

18

of

health

and

human

services

from

applying

waiting

list

19

requirements

to

the

children

for

the

purposes

of

CCA.
