REGARDING

IMMUNIZATIONS.

1.

The

report

used

by

medical

examiners

for

investigations

4

of

infants

zero

to

three

years

of

age

shall

include

a

request

5

for

information

regarding

the

date

and

type

of

the

decedent’s

6

last

immunization.

If

the

decedent

received

more

than

7

one

immunization

at

the

time

of

the

last

immunization,

the

8

information

provided

shall

include

all

types

of

immunizations

9

received.

The

state

medical

examiner

shall

adopt

rules

pursuant

to

11

chapter

17A

to

comply

with

this

section.

EXPLANATION

The

inclusion

of

this

explanation

does

not

constitute

agreement

with

the

explanation’s

substance

by

the

members

of

the

general

assembly.

This

bill

requires

the

report

used

by

medical

examiners

for

investigations

of

infants

zero

to

three

years

of

age

shall

include

a

request

for

information

regarding

the

date

and

type

of

the

decedent’s

last

immunization.

If

the

decedent

received

more

than

one

immunization

at

the

time

of

the

last

20

immunization,

the

information

provided

shall

include

all

types

21

of

immunizations

received.

The

bill

requires

the

state

medical

22

examiner

to

adopt

rules

to

comply

with

the

bill.
