providing
any
program,
curriculum,

test,
survey,
questionnaire,
promotion,
or
instruction
relating

to
gender
theory
or
sexual
orientation
instruction
to
students
28
in
grades
7
through
12,
extending
the
current
prohibition
that
29
applies
to
such
students
in
kindergarten
through
grade
6.
