Idling

near

residential

zones.

A

railway

corporation

shall

not

leave

a

stationary

railroad

train’s

engines

running

for

more

than

one

hour

if

the

train

is

stationary

within

one-half

mile

of

an

area

zoned

for

residential

purposes

in

a

city.

bill

prohibits

a

railway

corporation

from

leaving

a

train’s
