the

appointed

to

positions

in

the

adverse

actions

for,

the

disclosure

certain

entities

that

the

employee

be

evidence

a

violation

of

law

or

rule,

mismanagement,

a

gross

abuse

of

funds,

an

abuse

of

authority,

a

substantial

and

specific

danger

to

public

health

protections

against

actions

aggrieved

law,

a

person

violates

Code

relation

guilty

of

a

simple

misdemeanor.

simple

misdemeanor

punishable

by

confinement

for

no

more

than
