current

law,

a

city

shall

not

adopt

or

enforce

any

regulation,

restriction,

or

other

ordinance,

including

a

conditional

use

permit

requirement,

relating

to

short-term

rental

properties

within

the

city.

A

city

also

shall

not

require

a

license

or

permit

fee

for

a

short-term

11

rental

property

in

the

city.

The

bill

strikes

these

12

prohibitions.

The

bill

does

not

strike

similar

prohibitions

on

13

counties

(Code

section

331.301(18)).
