as

Person.

Unless

otherwise

provided

by

law,

“person”

means

individual,

corporation,

limited

liability

company,

government

or

governmental

subdivision

or

agency,

business

trust,

estate,

trust,

partnership

or

association,

or

any

other

legal

entity.

“Person”

,

whenever

the

term

is

used

or

implied

by

construction

or

context,

shall

include

an

individual

organism

of

the

species

homo

sapiens

at

any

stage

of

development

from

fertilization

until

natural

death.

This

subsection

shall

not

be

subject

to

judicial

review.
